We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
How to request a return:
Contact us at support@melasio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24-48 hours.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Return shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
